Jay Kahn joins us as the Director of Continuous Improvement, bringing a wealth of experience in print, manufacturing, and operations. With a background as a VP of Operations serving various sectors, Jay’s expertise spans insurance, automotive, sports memorabilia, hospitality, and more. Known for his ability to enhance employee engagement and streamline processes, Jay approaches challenges as opportunities for growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for animals, particularly dogs and tigers.
Gleiby “GG” Garcia steps into the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, bringing her enthusiasm for finance and dedication to continuous learning. GG’s academic achievements are impressive, having earned her associate’s degree in economics and bachelor’s in finance in record time. Beyond her professional pursuits, GG is an avid sports fan, reader, and traveler who values quality time with family. Her passion for exploring new cultures aligns well with our company’s innovative spirit.
Jennifer Maldonado takes on the position of Quality Manager, leveraging her extensive background in quality assurance and operations management. Her previous role as Quality Assurance Manager at Llorens Pharmaceutical International Division showcased her ability to enhance quality control processes, ensure compliance, and manage production teams effectively. Jennifer’s diverse experience, including roles in inventory control, facility management, and nonprofit initiatives, demonstrates her versatility and commitment to excellence.
