Southeastern recently joined The Imaging Network Group (INg), an established networking association exclusively for print and electronic transactional and direct mail service providers. In March, INg invited Southeastern Owner and CEO Don Mader and President Christine Bitner attended INg’s three-day 2024 Executive Networking Forum at the Meritage in Napa, California.
In the opening day of the forum, Mader and Bitner joined other INg members in answering the following key questions for the group:
- What pain point are you most wanting to discuss with other INg members?
- What technology are you most interested in learning about from the Vendors?
- Are you bullish or bearish for 2024?
The INg Forum also included a keynote address by best-selling author Adam Markel on “Creating a More Resilient World One Organization at a Time,” as well as interactive sessions on enterprise resource planning (ERP), direct mail and cyber security.
INg’s member companies are made up of some of the country’s most visible and successful mid-sized, high-volume print and electronic service providers and direct mail companies. The association affords Southeastern the opportunity to interface with top industry peers across the nation, tapping into a vibrant network of industry creativity, experience, and information where members discuss key business and technical issues facing their companies and share best practices for running and growing their businesses. Connecting with industry vendor partners gives us vital information about future technological developments, helping Southeastern to offer the latest and most efficient solutions for our direct mail clients.
